In a heart wrenching incident, a baby in Singapore was struck and dangling from the second floor.

It took a valiant and quick reaction from migrant construction worker from Chennai to rescue the Baby. The savior and Hero from Chennai, who climbed first, was identified as Shanmuganathan.

Thanks to Singaporeans irrespective of race for recognizing their brave act of these Tamil workers from India and awarding them.
