    Insomnia is a friend we hate, but we can’t get rid of it. Sometimes our schedule is crazy and we look forward to when we can get to bed and just fall asleep. But sometimes our brain and body can’t calm down. Have you tried everything? Herbal teas, an extra dose of melatonin, life hacks of easy ways to fall asleep, and a short afternoon nap didn’t work? Well, if you have trouble sleeping, there are simple tricks from prime dating site that you need to do before bedtime to fall asleep easily.

    1.Do yoga
    One of the best ways to fall asleep is yoga. There are yoga positions that help your body and mind relax. When we exercise, the body releases endorphins that increase happiness, as well as serotonin and dopamine.     3.Drink more water
    Water is a vital fluid. Drink it regularly! It is extremely important to maintain water balance in the body for its proper work! You can also get water from the food you eat. Such fruits as apples and vegetables such as cucumbers and celery miraculously replenish water supplies in the body. Add them to the night snack list. Before going to bed, drink a glass of water and drink another one in the morning. Be attentive to your body – if you are predisposed to swelling, it is better to drink a glass of water two hours before bedtime, not later!

    4.Read before bedtime
    Take a book or magazine and read it. Even if you read just a few paragraphs before your eyes begin to stick together, it will allow your brain to focus on something other than the experiences that have accumulated over the whole day and that often don’t allow us to fall asleep. This is really one of the best ways to fall asleep.

    5.Forget about gadgets and social networks
    Put the phone somewhere and recharge yourself. Distract from all the news in social networks, messages, and from the rest of the bustle – that’s the main secret of a good night’s sleep. Some believe that the endless viewing of Twitter or Instagram before going to bed relaxes. But in fact, it is a huge retarder of evening brain activities. Bright light and noise can disturb our sleep cycle and screens add unnecessary spark to the brain.

    6.Transfer all thoughts to paper
    In order for information to stop coming into the brain late at night, it is also important to clear all the mess that remained after the day. When we don’t fix our thoughts on paper, our brains pass through a vicious circle of thinking. Just free your brain by writing all the thoughts at least on a sheet of paper. This will help you easily fall asleep with a “clear head”.

    7.Plan
    Okay, let’s be frank, there is no need to come up with a perfect life story every evening before going to bed. So, checking plans and weekly lists, you may transfer all the garbage from your head on a sheet of paper. Thus, you will feel better.

    8.Right breathing
    Breathe in. Breathe out. This is one of the natural ways to fall asleep. At the end of a long day, it’s important to remember that you need to breathe deeply. Breathe in, breathe out and know that tomorrow will be a new wonderful day. Sweet Dreams!
