Bryan Gil finds himself at a familiar crossroad for most footballers. Between a return to Tottenham Hotspur and extended time at Valencia, the Spaniard must make a quick decision.

Big things were expected of the 21-year-old, who loves best online casino, when he made a £21.6m move to north London from Sevilla in the summer – a deal which also saw Erik Lamela heading the other way. However, despite showing early signs of promise, Gil flattered to deceive and did not manage to score or create an assist in his nine Premier League appearances, the majority of which was off the bench.

The Spaniard admitted that he was not physically ready for the rigours of England’s elite division. Indeed, Gil’s small fray meant he was easily bullied.

“In the Premier League training sessions are very physical, very hard, and that has helped me not to feel fatigue now,” Gil said. “It [the physical level of the Premier League] shows a lot, really. It is a slightly higher level of intensity. I physically noticed it. The adaptation for me was difficult. It is a very physical football, back and forth”.

On deadline day, Gil sealed a loan move to Valencia for the rest of the season. Back home, the winger is flourishing. Although he has contributed just one goal, the 21-year-old is showing promising signs.

In just eight appearances, Los Che faithful have made their feelings know. In a recent Copa del Rey semi-final win over Athletic Bilba, they chanted for the attacker to stay at the Mestalla.

Already likened to Valencia hero Pablo Aimar, calls for Gil will only increase over the coming weeks providing he can keep up his thrilling form. But the final decision may be beyond the forward and sports betting online.

Ahead of their game against Getafe on Saturday evening, Valencia boss Bordalas was once again asked about the possibility of keeping the Spurs man beyond the end of the season and he duly provided an update on his loan player.

“I have no knowledge,” Bordalas is quoted as saying by Sport Witness. Obviously, now my club knows that I am focused on the competition, and any movement will be communicated to me.

“Bryan is contributing and helping us a lot, but he belongs to Tottenham, and when the time comes, that opportunity will be addressed.”

Bordalas had previously admitted the lack of option to buy makes their desire to keep Gil more complicated. However, it seems they are ready to return to the negotiating table at the end of the season.

They could even ask to extend Gil’s loan into a second season, rather than pay for a permanent transfer. But that too would come with increased financial responsibilities in comparison to their current arrangement. Yet, it is Spurs who would make the final decision.
