The problem with people these days is that they believe that by just paying taxes they have done their bit for the nation, as a citizen a person should have an emotional attachment with the country, standing up for national anthem is a way of paying respect.
We don’t understand why we even debate such issues when in other countries all people stand for their respective national anthems
