1. CTET – Common Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET is a national level recruitment exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It is held twice a year – first in the month of June and then in the month of December. It is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education.

There are two papers conducted in the CTET exam. In order for the exam, you must go through the syllabus and exam pattern of the exam. Get your basic concepts cleared up. Practice through mock tests & analyze your performance. Do not forget to solve CTET previous year papers to get a better understanding of the difficulty level of the exam.
2. Bihar TET – Bihar School Education Board conducts the TET every year to recruit eligible candidates as teachers in government schools of Bihar. The exam is conducted in pen-paper mode. Interested aspirants will have to fill the application form and must submit it with the required amount of application fee before the last date. Only those who submit the form can appear for Bihar TET.
3.HTET – Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) is conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH). It is conducted at the state level for Stage I, Stage II, and Stage III which are Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary levels respectively. In order to be considered for the recruitment, aspirants need to obtain marks equal to or greater than the cut off marks.
4.UPTET – Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test is a state-level teacher eligibility exam organized and conducted by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. Aspirants who aspire to start their career as a teacher for primary classes, i.e 1-5, and upper primary classes, i.e. 6-8 can appear for the entrance exam. More than 15 lakh candidates apply for UPTET every year, hence, the competition is very tight. To prepare for the exam, first of all, complete the exam syllabus and then try solving UPTET previous year papers to get a better understanding of the exam.
5.MahaTET – It is a state-level test organized by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination every year. Eligible candidates who qualify for the exam are recruited as teachers in the govt schools in the state. There are papers in MAHA TET – first is Paper I which is held for those candidates who wish to apply for primary level whereas the other is Paper-II which is conducted for those who want to apply for elementary level.
