In a viral video the netizens discovered the horrific incident. In the video that went viral a police constable was seen thrashing a differently abled man.
The constable first hit the person behind his head and then thrashed him mercilessly to the ground.
Following this dark incident, the police constable was suspended late on Saturday night.
The disabled man was driving an e-rickshaw and had picked a few passengers from the side of the road. This created an outrage and the result is what we all saw.
The incident of the assault on a differently abled man is of Kannauj police, Uttar Pradesh.
The constable said that the man was misbehaving with the police when they pointed out the issue.
However, the Superintendent of Police Amrendra Pratap Singh said that the police are on duty for people and must never lose control even when provoked. He condemned the case.
The Kannauj police announced the suspension of the constable via their twitter handle.
