Ragini Dwivedi is an Indian film actress and model. She works in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu cinema

Dwivedi was born to a Punjabi family on May 24, 1990 and brought up in Bangalore, Karnataka. An avid sportswoman, she was a state level volleyball and basketball player. She was recognized by fashion designer, Prasad Bidapa in 2008 and introduced her to modeling. She was the first runner-up of the 2009 Femina Miss South India contest held in Hyderabad, while she won the Miss Beautiful Hair title at the Femina Miss India contest.

Dwivedi’s first release of 2014 was Nimirndhu Nil, her first film in Tamil language. It was a bilingual film known as Janda Pai Kapiraju in Telugu. As of March 2014, Dwivedi has the following projects in development for a 2014 release which includes Ragini IPS, the long delayed film and the first Kannada film to be named after an actress. She is filming with director Srinivasa Raju’s untitled film with Upendra and has said that her character has a mafia connect. She also bagged roles in Yogaraj Bhat’s next untitled film[16] and in the remake of the Telugu film Missamma replacing Priyamani.
