Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal is an upcoming Tamil romantic comedy film written and directed by S. R. Prabhakaran starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Nayantara and Chaya Singh.

Santhanam and Sunder Ramu will be seen playing important roles in the film, Saranya Ponvannan and Chaya Singh will be playing supporting roles.[2] Produced by Red Giant Films the cinematographer will be Balasubramanium of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi and art by V Selvaraj among the technical crew.

Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal, started its shoot from Feb 22 in Chennai

Movie is scheduled to be released on February 14, 2014. Initially it was decided to release the movie on 25th of December 2013.

Initially it was announced that Udhayanidhi Stalin will do this movie as the director wish and Udhayanidhi Stalin also agreed with this movie happily and the actress was later asked Hansika but later it was replaced Nayantara.
