Dhanush announced the news of himself and Amala Paul pairing up for the first time in a movie yet to be named under his own banner on his birthday via twitter.
Amala Paul and Dhanush, who were expected to join hands in Aishwarya Dhanush’s 3, will now pair together in Dhanush’s next production venture after ‘Ethir Neechal’ under his Wunderbad Films. The film would be directed by Velraj who has cranked the camera in Dhanush’s Polladhavan, Aadukalam and 3. While the young Anirudh has been roped in to score the music, the title is expected to be announced soon.
Amala says, “I felt very sad that despite having agreed to do 3 with Dhanush, I had to opt out of the film later. So, it makes me doubly happy that I’m going to be working with the same team again.”
